How long does it take to receive an order?

1. Processing Time: Our tumblers and t-shirts are approximately 2-7 business days. This includes production, quality inspection, and packaging of your order.

2. Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on the destination:

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 7-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

3. Total Delivery Time: To calculate the total delivery time, add the processing time to the shipping time for your location. For example, if you live in the United States, the total delivery time is 5-14 business days.

Note: These times are approximate and may vary due to external factors such as transportation delays or customs. We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped and provide a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

What is the status of my order?

Once you've placed an order, you can check its status anytime, day or night, by clicking the "My Account" link located at the top right corner of every page on our website. On mobile devices, you can also find the "My Account" link in the footer.

Within your account, you'll find detailed information about your order. Please remember that all our products are printed on demand and custom-made.

 How I can track my order?

You will receive an email once the shipping label has been created, indicating that your order is being prepared for shipment and will soon be on its way to you.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that our products are print-on-demand and custom-made, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we sent the incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at alicewebador@gmail.com.
  • To process your request, we will need a photo of the damaged or incorrect item as evidence.
  • Once we receive the photo and verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at alicewebador@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Review: Our team will review the information and determine the next steps.
  3. Resolution: We will either send a replacement, arrange for a return, or process a refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • We will cover the shipping costs for replacements of damaged or incorrect items.
